A man in Kissimmee was reunited with his stolen belongings thanks to his Apple iPad Mini, Osceola County deputies said.

Luggage and electronics were stolen from the man's car about 3 p.m. on Tuesday while he was eating at the Olive Garden on West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, records show. When the man got back to his car, he noticed it had been broken into and an estimated $5,000 worth of items were missing including three suitcases, one of which had his Apple iPad Mini, records show.

About 1 a.m. Wednesday morning, deputies tracked down he man's iPad about two miles away on West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway near the Roomba Inn & Suites. They also tracked down the four suspects allegedly involved and charged them with car burglary and grand theft.

Deputies arrested Brenda Cansino-Leon and Jean Rincon-Suesca along with two homeless people, ages 28 and 27 whose identities have not yet been released.

A detective investigating the case was walking along the side of the motel and noticed a Dodge Grand Caravan backed into a parking spot in front of a motel room. After running the license plate, he discovered the vehicle was rented out of Miami and knew people have traveled from Miami to Central Florida to commit similar burglaries.

The detective tried to talk to the people in the nearby motel room when he noticed two men and two women sorting through things on the bed and trying to hide.

After about 10 minutes, the four suspects exited the room and left the door open, allowing detectives to see the three stolen suitcases. Deputies said they also smelled marijuana in the room.

Records show the detectives interviewed the suspects and none of them had consistent stories about the incident.

Cansino-Leon and Rincon-Suesca are both being held in Osceola County Jail on a $2,000 bond.
